Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing in and using TrafficGap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

2. What TrafficGap provides

TrafficGap connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts and uses that data to surface content improvement opportunities. It also provides AI-generated analysis of individual pages via Anthropic's Claude API.

The recommendations produced by TrafficGap are informational only. We make no guarantee that following any recommendation will improve your search rankings, traffic, or revenue. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Your account

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account. You must not share access to your TrafficGap session with others.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use TrafficGap for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in bulk.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
  • Use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or the experience of other users.
  • Connect Google accounts you do not own or do not have authorisation to access.

5. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Free tier limits

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. We will not retroactively reduce limits within an active billing month.

7. Third-party services

TrafficGap uses third-party services including Google APIs, Jina Reader, and Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of TrafficGap is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of these services.

8. Disclaimers

TrafficGap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular outcome. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies — always apply your own judgement before acting on recommendations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafficGap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, or data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TrafficGap at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or are misusing the service.

You may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of TrafficGap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
